Mexico 2017 Reporting Service

We are back!

Thank you to all of you that took the time to pray or financially support this year's 2017 Mexico Missions Team!

This past July we travelled down to the Baja to support the ministry efforts of OLOC. Among other things our team of 14 people built a home, ran a VBS, and served food in the community.

We asked you to pray for safety, unity as a team, and that we would as a  team respond to the Holy Spirit’s direction while in Mexico. We saw everyone of those requests met on this trip.

This year's team consisted of: Greg Duerksen, Harv Esau, Ramona Duerksen, Janae Duerksen, Kevin Biegel, Sheri King, Jeevin Bains, Jocelyn Dekker, Jeff Dekker, Riley Steegstra, Josh Biegel, Tanner Biegel, Donald Henshall and Jayme Henshall.

We thank God for providing us safe travels and for the many unique opportunities that our team experienced during the 8 days we were in Mexico. One child at a time, one family at a time, one church at a time. We are thankful for OLOC other partners that were involved in making this trip a possibility.

Every year we take the time to capture our experiences on video and show this video on a Sunday morning so that you can get a glimpse into what our experience was like. You are invited to join us on the Sunday the 24th of September to hear about this year's team experience.Join us and maybe take some time after hearing of this trip you might consider committing to travel down with our team in 2018!
Maybe you can catch up with a team member and get a first hand account of their trip, I am sure they would be happy to share it with you! If you are curious about joining us next year then please feel free to Pastor Rob, Greg or any of our team to hear our feedback from this year's experience.

Check out our Facebook Page, our previous team videos, and OLOC Website to gain a little more information about what this trip is about.

We are looking forward to telling our stories via video and in person on Sunday, September 24th during the morning service at Vedder Middle School - 10:30 AM.  Would love to see a great turnout!
