Bring donations for senior’s heat wave care.

A Prayer walk followed by a “Potluck” meal together. After, we will have a baseball game for those interested. 

Time: 10:30am-12pm

Location: Vedder Middle School

What to know and expect:  Please arrive at Vedder Middle School in the multi-purpose room. We are asking, if you are able, to bring donations that will go towards helping provide care for senior’s during summer heat waves in partnership with the city. We will begin our time by having a church prayer walk around the VMS area. Pastor Kyle will give instructions, as we pray and walk around the community. After the walk, we will meet back at VMS for a lunch together, please bring something to share. We will have plug ins available and a fridge to store items that morning. After the meal, we will try and play a game of baseball if anyone wants to join in 

For the kids/infants: With parents for this event.  

What to bring:

Donation items needed for seniors: Bottled water/Gatorade or other electrolyte drinks/Cooling gel pads/Personal fans 

*Bring a dish or some food to share if you are able. We will have outlets to plug into for your crockpots and a fridge to store items as needed.
